3D FIVE-AXIS 45° BEVEL CUTTING HEAD

Cut thick Φ273mm round tubes, H steel, I-beam, angle steel, channel steel and other profiles, as well as drop-shaped and concave shaped tubes.

DIGITAL PNEUMATIC TWO/THREE/3+1/FOUR CHUCKS

Clamp 50-1500kg heavy single tubes from 6000-12000mm thickness. The double digital chucks have wireless transmission fitted with a pressure feedback system to adjust cutting pressure based on tube size and thickness.

PING PONG AND FLY CUTTING

HSG’s Ping Pong and Fly cutting technology minimizes the moving path of cutting head by omitting repeated lift and fall, improving cutting speed and the three-axis linear interpolation enables the TPS to perform well while cutting small densely distributed designs.
