HF Expert Series Fiber Lasers
The HF Expert Series are modern, compact, and high-productivity laser machines and the most popular 2D laser machines by Han’s. They will impress any fabricator who is looking to upgrade from CO2 machines. These 6kW+ (to 40kW) power lasers are designed for fast and stable thick plate piercing, low pressure cutting, and mirror edge finishing. HF Series Fiber Laser offer high power, high speed, and are unmatched in high-precision cutting.
BOSCH-REXROTH CNC SYSTEM
Bosch-Rexroth designs the highest performing CNC and motion control systems in the market. Han’s 901 real-time CNC controller leverages this technology and along with Rexroth motors are coupled with an optimized frame and gantry system. This allows the HF Expert 2D lasers to reach extremely high speeds and acceleration to efficiently cut high-quality parts.
HAN’S INTELLIGENT CUTTING HEAD
Han’s has developed a complete range of reliable high power auto-focus cutting heads that include standard, bevel and three-dimensional cutting heads. They have a lean design with excellent optical configuration that supports smooth airflow for improved cutting efficiency and quality. A patented dust-proof technology offers longer lens life.
HAN’S LASER SOURCE
Han’s 4kW – 30kW laser sources from Han’s Photonics. They are equipped with a new generation control system which is user-friendly and offers real-time internal monitoring, fast data feedback response, and modulation pulse response in microseconds. You also have the option of using IPG Photonics or Max Photonics as the laser source for the laser machine.
Han’s Bus Control System
A smart single network cable connection to the communication system, servo, I/O, and height adjustment module provides higher transmission efficiency, better control and almost no electromagnetic interference. Fast data transmission along with real-time and synchronous communication allows the HF Expert Fiber Lasers to cut with high accuracy and stability.
Cut Thin, Thick and Ultra-thick Sheets Efficiently
The HF Expert series is available with up to 60kW of laser power and can reach 2.8G acceleration with a positioning speed of 200m/min without sacrificing accuracy. It has a complete database of cutting parameters and offers fast and stable thick plate piercing, low pressure cutting, mirror edge finishing, and other advanced technologies that many competitors do not feature.
